Teaching totally online is a new experience for many. Sharing concerns and helpful suggestions are ways faculty can create a learning community to scaffold the learning processes of students. As novice online faculty, it is easy to feel disconnected and out of touch with colleagues. We have all experienced successes and failures, with any luck, we spend most of our time somewhere in the middle.
